ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 06.03.2023 presented by the petitioner for registration, for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. Mr. P. Harish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent, and on instructions, he submits that if the sale deed dated

06.03.2023 presented by the petitioner, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, is otherwise in order, the said document will be registered by the respondent, and in case the respondent finds that the said document cannot be registered, the respondent shall pass a speaking order. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 06.03.2023 presented by the petitioner for registration, if the same is otherwise in order. If the 1st respondent finds that the said document cannot be registered, the respondent shall pass a speaking order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner. The respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of two weeks from the date of re-presentation of the sale deed by the petitioner for registration. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
