Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree in A.S.No.6 of 1995 dated 26.04.1995 passed by the learned Sub-Judge, Dharapuram reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.228 of 1993 dated 27.07.1994 passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Kangayam and to allow this appeal.

JUDGMENT

The adjudication in the above secon appeal shows that the sole appellant died on 13.03.2017. Though sufficient opportunities have been given to the learned counsel for the deceased sole appellant to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant on record, so far no steps have been taken. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
