Mr.R.Balaramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner in all these writ petitions, submits that he had sought leave to withdraw the writ petitions, however, the name of Mr.R.Senniappan, learned counsel, who is no more, is mentioned in the orders dated 30.1.2024.

In view of the above, the name of Mr.R.Balaramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, be mentioned in the place of Mr.R.Senniappan, in the orders dated 30.1.2024.

The appearance on behalf of the petitioner be read as "Mr.Vasanthanayagam for Mr.R.Balaramesh".

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
