By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.02.2014 to the first respondent, stating among other things, to consider his representation for allotment of Plot No.304, Door No.48, New No.91, Second Trust Main Road, Mandavelipakkam, Chennai - 600 028. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.P.Satheesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Kesavan, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2014 on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent.
