ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Crime No. as 569 of 2014 instead of 220 of 2024 in the order dated 02.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30520 of 2024.

2. Further, when the petition was listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the year of the crime number was wrongly mentioned as 2014 instead of 2024 and sought for amendment of the same also. 3.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment as stated above in Crl.O.P.No.30520 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
