B.Vinodhini v. R.Thilagavathi
C.M.P.No.5750 of 2023 in W.A.No.SR18284 of 2023 C.M.P.No.5750 of 2023 in W.A.No.SR18284 of 2023 R. MAHADEVAN, J.
and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to grant leave to file the above writ appeal against the order dated 20.09.2022 passed by the learned Judge, in W.P.No.31142 of 2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appointment of the petitioner herein, was challenged in the writ petition, without adding her as party to the same, and the order impugned herein came to be passed without issuing any notice and providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. On the other hand, the third respondent herein wrongly added one Baby as third respondent in the writ petition no.31142 of 2017, which fact was also pointed out by the learned Judge in the order impugned herein. Thus, the learned counsel sought leave of this court to file the writ appeal as against the order passed by the learned Judge in the writ petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
