COMMON ORDER These applications have been filed to review the common order passed in the writ petitions on 29.08.2024.

2. When the review applications came up for hearing on 17.04.2025, this Court passed the following order:- "These review applications have been filed mainly on two grounds and they are;

(a) The limitation provided under Section 40(6) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016, will not come in the way of the petitioners since similarly placed persons have been given the relief.

(b) The learned counsel for the petitioners also placed reliance upon the order passed me in WP.No.32407 of 2023 dated 16.08.2024, wherein the delay was not put against the petitioners and they were granted the relief.

2.Considering the grounds taken, these review applications are entertained and notice is ordered.

3.Notice to the respondents returnable by 12.06.2025. Private notice is also permitted.

4.Post on 12.06.2025"

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review applicants and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. In the considered view of this Court, there is no error apparent on the face of the order and the Court has assigned its reasons while dismissing the writ petitions. The grounds raised in the review applications do not point to any error apparent on the face of the record. If at all the applicants are aggrieved, they have to only file an appeal and the review application(s) cannot be dealt with under the guise of an appeal.

5. In the result, these review applications are dismissed. No costs. Index : yes/no 10.07.2025 ss
