ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 20.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 20.06.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.35 of 2016, and on the complaint given by the opposite party against this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.36 of 2016. It is stated that both of them are neighbours and there is frequent quarrel between them. It is further submitted that a regular FIR in Crime No.58 of 2016 was registered on 08.07.2016, for the offence under Section 160 IPC, making both the parties as 'A' party and 'B' Party.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
