2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16648 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27453 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 is relaxed.
