3 THE SECRETARY INDCO SERVICE SOCIETY LIMITED, BHEL FACTORY COMPLEX, RANIPET 632 406 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue appropriate direction directing the Registry to release the remaining amount available to the credit of Rev.Application No.196/2015 in favaour of the 3rd Respondent for disbursal to the 7 living workmen and to the legal representatives of 12 workmen and pass such other order or direction as this Honble court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice pending Rev.Appl.196/2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ASHOK RAJARAAMAN, Advocate for the 1st respondent and of MR.P.JOHN FOR M/S.FAX MANDEL & ASSO., Advocate for the 3rd respondent, the court made the following order:-

We are informed that the order dated 05.03.2018 passed by this Court has been complied with. The compliance report filed by the third respondent be taken on record.

2.We are further informed that there was a confusion as to whether there were 101 employees or 104 employees. It is now agreed that there were only 101 employees and not 104 employees. The Registrar General will disburse the balance amount lying with him to the third respondent, who will divide the amount equally between 101 employees and/or their legal heirs.
