Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.JEREMIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.UMAPATHY, Advocate for the 1 to 6 respondents and of MR.A.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the 8 & 9 respondents the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, on 05.12.2016, this Court passed the following order :- "There shall be an order of interim stay of the operation of the class-2 and 5 of the decree of the Trial Court dated 17.09.2016.

Notice returnable by three weeks. Private notice is also permitted."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
