This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / petitioner in the connected case in W.A.No.184/2024, has no objection in allowing this petition and he would pray to tag this writ appeal, after numbering, along with W.A.No.184/2024 and post the same together for hearing.

3. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 18.06.2024 along with W.A.No.184/2024.
