ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 22.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28342 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1120/13/Pa. dated 02.08.2017.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
