O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner-Mosque for constructing a compound wall or fence around its property to an extent about 1.42 acres in survey No.59 in Baraniputhur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is a Mosque and they want to construct a compound wall around their own property, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which is being prevented by miscreants. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation dated 05.04.2016 to the respondent police in which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.499 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.499 of 2016 and afford protection to the petitioner so as to prevent any untoward incident.
