ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for both sides that the order of this Court, dated 24.07.2014 in W.P.No.20314 of 2012, had been complied with. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the communication, dated 23.08.2016 addressed by the Deputy Conservator of Forests, State Forestry Research Institute, Chennai, to the Additional Government Pleader (Forests) of this Court, stating that the issue has been settled and the petitioner has received the entire amount mentioned in the said communication, which is not disputed by the petitioner. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
