JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 09.03.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant sought adjournment and hence the matter was adjourned to 16.03.2018. Even today, i.e. 16.03.2018, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the appellant again seeks time, which this Court is not inclined to grant, since the case pending from the year 2000.
