Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of conducting a petition enquiry in connection with the said Mrs.Anajali, W/o.Arun, complaint on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of conducting a petition enquiry.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 11.01.2025.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
