The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.05.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b) (ii)(C), 29(1) of NDPS Act in CC No.1252 of 2025, in Crime No.83 of 2025 on the file of respondent police seeks bail.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.27986 of 2025 on 31.10.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
