[Made by S. M. SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The writ of declaration has been instituted to declare the restriction viz., PIO and OCI are excluded from National Rowing Championships in Rule 5 of the Rules of Racing of the Rowing Federation of India, the 3 rd respondent herein as unconstitutional.

2. At the time of filing the writ petition, the petitioner was a minor and now, he has attained the age of majority. That apart, the conditions imposed during the relevant point of time have lost their relevance and the Page Nos.2/4

connected writ petition filed in W.P.No.13308 of 2013 has been withdrawn today i.e., 25.06.2026.

3. In view of the fact that the issue has lost its relevance and the petitioner has attained the age of majority, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
