J U D G M E N T

Mr.Girish Thiagarajan, learned counsel is present on behalf of the appellants.

2. Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel is present on behalf of the 1st respondent. There is no appearance on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the appellants states that a memo dated 25.06.2004 was filed long ago and that the same is not readily traceable in the Court records. The learned counsel is also not able to give the USR No. and the date on which it was filed.
