Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the entire terminal benefits of the petitioner husband namely late K.A.Tamilmani to her, including gratuity, pension arrears and provident fund amount and to disburse the entire arrears with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date when the payment became due till the date of payment to the petitioner within a stipulated time frame in view of the petitioner representation dated 06.03.2020.
