ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.10.2024 made in Crl. M.P. No. 11969 of 2024 in C.C. No. 107 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, thereby

allowed the application filed by the respondent to recall PW3 and PW5.

2. The petitioner is an accused and he is facing charges under NDPS Act in C.C. No. 107 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai. Already, the respondent cross examined PW3 and PW5, once again the respondent filed application for further cross examination of PW3 and PW5.

3. That apart, now the entire examination of witnesses is over, now the matter is posted for judgment. At this stage, there is no useful purpose in entertaining this present petition.

4. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.03.2025 Index:Yes/No AT
