A.No.1581 of 2026 in C.S.No.83 of 2024 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 620 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents, has no objection to allow the condone delay application and this Court also perused the materials available on record.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay in filing the written statement in C.S.No.83 of 2024 is condoned, on payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Cancer Institute, Adayar, Chennai on or before 30.04.2026 and the memo be filed before this Court on 30.04.2026 and thereupon, the Registry is directed to verify the receipt and transfer the case to the concerned Master for recording of evidence on or before 01.06.2026.

4.Accordingly, the application is allowed.

5. List the matter on 30.04.2026 for filing cost memo.
