When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.06.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was directed to be listed on 10.07.2023. Again, the matter was listed for hearing on 06.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the case under the caption "For Orders" on 15.02.2024.

2. Even today, 15.02.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 11.30 a.m., none of them appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
