ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.102 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant with knife point and abused with filthy language. The defacto complainant made a complaint to the respondent police. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
