ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation under the proceedings letter No.01 (05) 2010-D (Pen/policy) dated 17th January 2013 and dispose the same within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

3.Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and seeks four weeks time to consider the petitioner's representation.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this petition and without going into the merits of the matter, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
