This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2023 by order dated 09.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet has been filed and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, (Magisterial Level), Salem on 03.04.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
