These petitions are filed praying to (i) discharge the mother, first petitioner/first appellant from the guardianship of the petitioners 2 & 3 / appellants 2 & 3 and permit them to prosecute the second appeal (ii) to declare the petitioners 2 & 3 / appellants 2 & 3 as a major, respectively. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
