This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2015 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.171 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.171 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
