Prayer in W.P.No.23968 of 2014 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 30.06.2001 and grant all service and retirement benefits to the petitioner.
