PRAYER : Criminal Revision has been filed under sections 397 read with 401 of Criminal Procedure Code to set aside the Judgment passed in Crl.R.C.No.2 of 2015 dated 21.11.2016 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in setting aside the order passed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai 15 in Crl.M.P.No.5727 of 2014 on 18.11.2014 by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition. ORDER
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the criminal case in which the miscellaneous petition was filed and its order, which is now under challenge before this Court has been quashed as against the 1st accused by virtue of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2019, passed in Crl.O.P.No.27011 of 2016. The 2nd accused also died.

2. There are only two accused in this case and nothing survives in this case due to the death of the 2nd accused and the case against the 1st accused was quashed. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is closed as infructuous.
