These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and to bring on record the respondents 12 to 15 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. Notice to the proposed respondents is complete.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner produced before this Court the acknowledgment card and tracking consignment to show the service of private notice.

4. On going through the affidavit filed in support of these

petitions, this Court is fully convinced that the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for condoning the delay. The private respondents have not opposed the facts set out in the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue notice in the appeal to the respondents who have been impleaded as the legal representatives of the first respondent returnable in three weeks.

6. List the matter after three weeks.
