ORDER
This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to register a case on petitioner's complaint dated 17.04.2015 on the file of respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 17.04.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
