This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3651 of 2023 in para 6 (b) of the order as follows :- "6(b). the petitioner shall stay at Ramanathapuram District and report before the Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of two months and thereafter, he shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for another period of four months."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is complying the condition of this court to stay at Ramanathapuram and reporting before the Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram from 22.02.2023. He would submit that since he is a daily wager, he could not arrange money for boarding and lodging for staying in Ramanathapuram. 1/3

He would submit that the petitioner is also suffering severe chest pain and he took treatment in Government Hospital at Ramanathapuram. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until filing of final report.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 3651 of 2023 vide order dated 16.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
