ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition in paragraph 7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2938 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026, that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.00 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court from 09.02.2026 till date. He further submits that the petitioner was working in Tamil Nadu Agriculture University at Coimbatore. Hence, she has to travel everyday from Coimbatore to Namakkal District to comply the said direction issued by this Court. Hence, the petitioner seeks modification of the conditions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above condition to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vadavalli Police Station, Somayampalayam, Coimbatore everyday at 06.00 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation".

4. With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 03.03.2026 mp To 1.The Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal.
