Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Kancheepuram District, Sholinganallur Taluk, Pallikaranai village bearing Plot No.30, Ram Nagar Extn. comprised in S.No.665/4 admeasuring 2400 sq.ft. without insisting on any certificate from the first and second respondent within a time fixed by this court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the subject matter property, without insisting on any certificate from the respondents 1 and 2.

2.Though such prayer is sought for in this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that an application is already filed before the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent on 16.09.2015 seeking for NOC and therefore, such application may be directed to be considered and disposed of by the second respondent.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2015 and pass orders on same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the order to be passed by the second respondent, it is for the petitioner to work out her remedy before the third respondent accordingly. No costs.
