ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents/contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.30440 of 2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors submitted that, this Court vide dated 16.11.2022 issued a direction to the official respondents/contemnors to consider the request of the petitioner i.e., application dated 07.04.2022 for getting domestic service connection for her dwelling house. Pursuant to which, the respondents/contemnors have considered the petitioner's application and rejected the same on 25.01.2023.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view, that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents/contemnors. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. 28.04.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/ Non-speaking order sp 3/4
