C.MP.No.5446 of 2025 in CRP.No.796 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed by the revision petitioners to amend the suit number and jurisdiction of Court as O.S.No.106 of 2023 on the file of Subordinate Court, Pappireddipatti instead of O.S.No.19/2018 on the file of Sub Court, Hosur, both in CMP.No.4384 of 2018 as well as in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRP.No.796 of 2018 filed before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for R1 and R3 has no objection in allowing this miscellaneous petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main revision petition and post the CRP.No.796 of 2018 on 24.03.2025.
