The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to make an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2012 and submit a final report within a time frame for issuance of illegal patta issued by the 1st respondent in S.No.113 and 121/B, Panchayat Road, situated at Singalkathirampatty Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2.On a perusal of the typed set of papers, it could be seen that the petitioner had enclosed the representation dated 07.03.2012 alleged to have been sent to the 2nd respondent in respect of the issuance of patta by the 1st respondent. However, the respondents, in their counter, have specifically denied that the representation dated 07.03.2012 has not been received at all and that if the petitioner gives fresh representation, due enquiry would be conducted as per law and orders would be passed on merits.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also re-iterated the stand of the respondents stating that the respondents have not received any representation from the petitioner so far. The petitioner has also not enclosed the acknowledgment for the due receipt of the representation dated 07.03.2012.
4.For the reasons stated above, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to give a fresh representation, if so advised and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law. No costs.
