O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to register the amended by-law of the Wheels India Workers Union in the registry of respondent and issue certified copy of the amended by-laws.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petitioner has submitted a representation dated 12.03.2018 to the respondent in respect of the registration of the amended by-law.

3. However, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the issues raised in this regard would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 4.Thus, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 12.03.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
