O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to furnish his transfer certificate and other documents submitted at the time of admission enabling him to pursue his education by considering the representation dated 03.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.11.2017, seeking return of his transfer certificate and other documents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

produced at the time of admission. But, till date, the same has not been considered by the concerned authorities. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also, taking note of the fact that the original certificates are necessary for pursuing the career of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.11.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
