This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 25.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 25.04.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was conducted and the same was closed, on the ground that the petitioner has given a false complaint. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
