This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.RC.No.1514 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 to appear before the trial Court, at once in a week i.e., every Monday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the above condition, without fail from 12.12.2022 till date. He further submitted that since he is the bread winner of the family, he finds it difficult to comply the condition due to heavy traveling expenses. Hence, if the above said condition is relaxed, it will not affect the case of the prosecution. Therefore, he prayed to relax the condition.
