ORDER

This Court while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.13115 of 2016 by order dated 22.04.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2016 and to pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 14.09.2016 issued by the respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the respondent in the manner known to law, if she so desires.
