Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon him that the petitioner sign before the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.445 of 2020 order dated 13.01.2020 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.M.NANDHIE DEVHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.445 of 2020 dated 13.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner should sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.445 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., starting from May 2020.
