ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.02.2020 for the offence publishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.65 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier petition was recently dismissed as withdrawn in Crl.O.P.No.4546 of 2020 on 05.03.2020. Suppressing the earlier dismissal, the present petition has been filed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
