CMP.No.5677 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 395 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record, CMP.No.5683 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant and to permit the legal representatives of the deceased appellant to continue the second appeal, and CMP.No.5693 of 2024 has been filed to being on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant as the appellants in the second appeal.

I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
