With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The Petitioner was working as a Salesman in TASMAC Shop No.11130. While so, he was placed under suspension on 10.03.2015 due to certain irregularities alleged to have been committed by him. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.04.2015 requesting the respondents to revoke the order of suspension. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 06.04.2015.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made, without going into the merits of the representation dated 06.04.2015, the respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioners dated 06.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
