ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.162 of 2018 on the file of the learned Special Judge, 1st Additional Special Court under NDPS Act cases, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the main case itself in C.C.162/18 ended in acquittal by judgment dated 30.12.2019 and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
