The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner has been granted pension and other benefits and the arrears have also been disbursed. 2/4
